FEATURES:
Ideal for moderately dirty floors where buffing and a high shine are desired.
TRUSTY-STEP VINYL cleans and helps restore the gloss of virtually any coating, on any type of floor surface. Most important, however, is its ability to assure a positive coefficient of friction and enhance the slip-resistant properties of any surface it is applied to.
Testing conducted using a horizontal pull slip meter on ASTM specification resilient tiles has produced static coefficient of friction readings on dry surfaces which consistently exceed the ASTM and UL recommended level of .5 and the level of .6 established for horizontal surfaces by the Americans With Disabilities Act of January 1992. (ADA)
Most floor finishes do not meet ADA Requirements. However, daily cleaning with TRUSTY-STEP VINYL will increase slip-resistant levels to .7 which exceeds ADA requirements.
No. 3001 replaces your current cleaner/detergent. It cleans and restores the gloss while enhancing the floor's slip-resistant properties. One gallon, when diluted, will cover approximately 60,000 sq. ft. As soon as the floor dries, it is ready to walk on. Application can be with a wet mop or an automatic scrubber. No. 3001 is not recommended for use in areas exposed to water.
FOR USE ON:
Vinyl, linoleum, marble, terrazzo, tile and sealed wood.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
Supermarkets, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Thoroughly sweep or vacuum floor to remove any dirt or soil.
2. Dilute 3 ounces (88.72 ml) of TRUSTY-STEP VINYL with one gallon (3.79 liters) warm water.

- USING AN AUTOMATIC SCRUBBER: Place the TRUSTY-STEP VINYL solution in the feed tank of the automatic scrubber. The solution may be applied, scrubbed and vacuumed up in one step. Allow the floor to dry completely. Do not rinse.
4. To restore gloss or repair scuffs, buff the treated area with an appropriate buffing pad or brush using either

a low or medium speed buffing machine.
5. Process should be repeated daily.
NOTE: Maximum slip-resistance will be obtained after the fourth application.
